Changing or cancelling an order
If you have changed your mind and do not want a product you ordered, you want a product other than the one you ordered or you do not want any of the ordered products, you can let us know as soon as possible (before processing your order) at the phone number 0256-702-689 or at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.

For all orders delivered from the warehouse in Romania of Bursa de Cartuse, the delivery will be done by express courier.
